Description of Offering
While so much of the world has changed, the simple things that made A&W so popular in its early days are the same today. They still serve A&W Root Beer® in frosted mugs, onion rings made fresh from whole onions every day, and the Burger Family burgers are still made with fresh, quality ingredients and served in classic foil bags to keep them hot and tasty every time.

Did You Know
The restaurant, named for founding partners Roy Allen and Frank Wright, celebrated its 85th anniversary in the United States.
The first Canadian location of A&W was on Portage Avenue in Winnipeg in 1956.
Today, the American and Canadian A&W restaurants chains are separated and have different owners and use different menus.
